Trucon helps business owners grow revenue by publishing a strategic management newsletter and providing consulting services for the leadership team. Gary Seale capitalizes on his business experience and his doctoral degree in strategic management from Liberty University.

Gary Seale has pioneered new areas in both distribution and manufacturing. As a sales and operations manager he took a start-up distribution business to producing millions of dollars in sales consistently for over ten years. During this time period he started a clean room products group for the same company and rolled that group out nationally. He was the key manager in earning a multi-million contract with Alcoa Aluminum as well.

For a Division of Illinois Tool Works, Gary pioneered a new Division of Ionization equipment in the Central US and Mexico producing over six million dollars of profits and penetrating large accounts such as Texas Instruments, Hitachi, IBM, Honeywell and Seagate. He was also an International Accounts Manager for ITW with focus on the hard drive industry in the Pacific Rim. 

In the past and as a business owner, Gary has hired, trained and lead team members to succeed in the area of sales. His drive for excellence and ability to recognize winning traits in other people allow him to draw the best from team members.   

As a business owner, Gary has developed a set of systematic marketing tools that can be reproduced by sales team members.  He has earned his Doctorate, MBA, Distinguished Toastmasters Certification, Sales Negotiation Certification and numerous awards for sales production during his career. Gary is also a book author and award-winning speaker.
